It is the most common decorative coating material used in the world furniture industry today. With rotogravure machines, unlimited colors and patterns can be printed with water-based inks on absorbent base papers with 30% ash residue and weights from 60 grams to 120 grams (Plain, Wood, Stone, Fantasy, etc.). The printed papers are subsequently subjected to a process called impregnation. The papers are impregnated with thermo-reactive resins and made ready for lamination. Lamination is performed on wood or other types of papers (Kraft, pergament, etc.) using high pressure and high temperature presses.
Turkuaz Decor produces both raw and impregnated decor paper. The width of raw decorative paper is from 930 mm to 2100 mm, and the width of impregnated paper can be a maximum of 1850 mm. You can review our new and current patterns in the decorations section.
